sigi listen up :)

I'm going to write this boldly.
But just know it is straight from my heart full of love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It was a great week, full of miracles, blessings, trials overcome, and great people. But for this weeks email I want to help you understand, (if you don't already) the importance of following our living Prophet and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

General Conference is my favorite Holiday! In all of the messages, especially from our Prophet Russell M. Nelson, talked to us about the importance of teaching and learning the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the home (as a family!) and gaining knowledge of truths for ourselves. I hope that we all will follow his counsel because it is truly revelation from our Heavenly Father. Also because it is a commandment of God to follow his words. Use "Come Follow Me" and read the Book of Mormon.

Everyday, all day, I go out and teach people about where they came from, why they are here on Earth, and where they are going after they die, and how they can have never ending happiness with our family in the presence of God, forever. It's called the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ  taught us it through the Bible and the Book of Mormon. It's a plan created by our Loving Heavenly father. His son, Jesus Christ, is the center of the plan and He showed us how to follow it. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most important thing in the world. Christ suffered and died so that we could have it and follow it. I know it's all true and the only way to have true happiness here and in the life to come.

Please continue to follow diligently on the covenant path. Or, please come to know for yourself the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is so important.

Sister Young

1. Sister Lopez taught us how to make a basahan (doormat), and then she let us keep it!!
2. So ya know how we found a huge spider in our laundry area at my apartment in Bantayan, well we got a cat at ours here! lol. she still lives though :)
3. Last P-day we went to a restaurant called Zubuchon. Everything there is made with Lechon Baboy (roasted pig) and it was heavenly :)
4&5. This is Jessa Flores and just about the cutest 4 year old ever.
6. How to kill a mouse: Put down essentially a huge and very sticky sticker facing up on the ground where mice often run. Then put a little bit of peanut butter in the middle (because who doesn't love peanut butter?!). Once the mouse gets stuck to the very sticky sticker, fold it in half and throw it away. :) Now ya know :)
