Yhena Mae Colarte
December 1st 2018, Yhena was baptized at Maricaban beach and confirmed a member the next day! I absolutely loved helping Yhena to learn the Gospel and become converted. She is so bright, kind and pretty shy, but she says she wants to serve a mission so we're sure her shyness will go away if she serves! Even her first day as a member she worked with us! She makes a great addition to the youth and made friends quick!! Super hyped!!
Tatay Dominggo from Santa Fe came to church again! Along with his 16 year old daughter, Melanie. We are always so happy to have our investigators at church but it's just that more exciting when Dominggo comes because he lives so far away! You can truly see thier desire when they sacrafice so much just to come. Santa Fe is 30 pesos and 30 minutes one way. Also this week he invited us for lunch. He's a fisherman and fried up some cool fish for us! So kind!!! One type we ate was called lapu-lapu. It was good! Sister Bradford was not too excited because she doesn't like fish but she ate it! hahah
President Bermudo gave us a bunch of mangos on Sunday and then Sunday night one of our investigators gave us a tooonnnn of bananas again! So you already know what we'll be eating again this week. But hey, I'm so happy and thankful because yumm!!!! I love them :)
